You can’t show up for others in a healthy way until you can show up for yourself in a healthy way. Counseling doesn’t have to be a big to-do. You can have a counseling session in the car on the way to work, at home during your kid’s nap time, or at home in the hour between school and baseball practice. Online counseling is meant to fit your schedule and your needs, but it works the exact same as a typical in person session works.

Online counseling is done over a video chat platform and typically lasts about 45 minutes - an hour. All types of counseling can be effective through online counseling.
